Frozen Baseline XER

Live schedule dates can drift over time (reschedule, float) — they're not the same as the frozen Baseline. Load the Baseline XER here so the Plan curve and the Activity Table's Delayed/Ahead of Plan/On Track status compare against the true Baseline dates, not the live schedule's current dates. Matched by Activity ID; safe to skip if you don't have a separate baseline file.
02 · Weightage
Weighting decides how much each activity counts toward 100%. Actual Progress Source decides how "done" an activity is — pick "Physical % Complete" if you're updating that field directly in P6 instead of Actual Units.
Load a file to see which weighting method is active.
03 · WBS Scope
— load a file first —
Pick "ALL WBS" for Total. Pick a Phase node for that phase only. Pick a deeper (Area) node for that area only — everything below the node you choose is included.
04 · Chart Settings
Project: — · switch
Auto-filled from the XER's own Data Date (PROJECT.last_recalc_date) when found. This is the P6 "Data Date" — the reschedule/status date, not necessarily today. Override if needed.
Leave both blank to use the full range (Uniform Timeline or scope dates). Fill in either to crop the chart to a specific window — e.g. just show this quarter instead of the whole project.
Both fields auto-fill with the schedule's earliest/latest planned date the first time you Generate — edit either one if it doesn't match the true project Start/Finish (e.g. exclude early OFE Delivery / Long Lead milestones that aren't the real fitout start). Elapsed/Remaining always follow Data Date. Used by the Current Status bar, Project Status, and the standalone Current Status export.
05 · Progress History & Archive (Lock)
Locks this week's Actual % so it won't shift when you generate again later with newer data — same idea as P6's Financial Period locking, done client-side.
